Pre-existing medical conditions (as defined) are <B>not</B> covered and you must be able to answer <B>"No"</B> to several underwriting questions. Your coverage can be effective as early as tomorrow or you may select a future effective date. </div> <bR> <div> Following are several plans for you to review, so that you may select the best plan for your need.</div> <div> Noted differences between the plans are in the length of coverage available, out-patient prescription drugs and the plan qualifications such as the maximum eligible age and the medical questions<FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#FF0000" FACE="Arial" >*</FONT> you must answer. If you know for certain when your permanent medical plan will be effective and the date is within six months, you will pay the lowest cost by selecting a set period up to the maximum six months period. If you are not sure about when you will have a permanent medical plan, it is better to sign up for a plan providing up to 12 months protection as a claim incurred during one period of coverage will be preexisting under a subsequent period of coverage.
